Community Garden
Our lovely community garden is a green space for amateur and expert gardeners alike to make use of their green thumbs.
A portion of the crop is donated to the local food pantries.
-
Fellowship Events
Fellowship with other Christians is a ministry of tremendous importance. From Senior Breakfasts to Church wide potlucks and everything in-between we work to have a robust community of friendship and fellowship. We average around 2-4 community fellowship events a month.

Home Visitation
Some of our favorite people are unable to get to Church easily so we do what Jesus did, we visit them! We are always looking for more people who are willing to spend time with others and fellowship in their homes. Talk with the Pastor if you are interested or know someone who could use a visit.

Adult Education
We believe our growth in God never stops, outside of worship and Bible studies we regularly host Adult Forums, educational discussions lead by local experts in the field. We also have regular adult education classes lead by Pr. Garth and other community leaders about Church history, theology, practice and leadership.
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” - Romans 12:2

Community Support & Outreach
As a Congregation we regularly collect items and volunteer at local community relief organizations. It is always a season of giving at Good Shepherd. Check with the office or look in the narthex to see what items we are currently collecting and volunteer opportunities.
